The company does Trailers, seat upholstery, rebuilds, refurbishments, fabrication of parts, vehicle servicing. The plant is primarily a bus and truck manufacturer. There are essentially three operating units within the plant: New bus, tractor and truck manufacturer, after sales service and repair shop, spares sales department. The companies vision is to be the leading bus and truck supplier in the region. They plan to do this through acquisitions of franchises and application of appropriate technologies as well as establishing investments in regional countries, in partnership with local, regional and international partners.
