The Company is registered in Zimbabwe specifically to apply for regulatory approvals to construct, own and operate an initial 50 MW solar photovoltaic electricity generation plant. The company will apply for an independent power producer (IPP) license and subsequently roll out the initial 50 MW plant followed by a series of other plants up to a total generative capacity of 310 MW.
